I am new to bund trading. Could you share your view?

    TIA

  2. easier to swing trade it than intraday imo.

    Dumb question:

How does one know when there will be spikes in volatility around 8 am EST?

Compared to other Eurex products (e.g. eurostoxx50 or dax future)
    is the most unpredictable....intraday.
    You need a casino-strategy :p

I do not trade or watch The Bund, but if I had to guess it was "squaring of Positions" in front of the 8:30AM release of January US Employment numbers.

Since you know have the calendar of worldwide Econ releases, why not watch them ALL and see what happens to your Bunds?

    Just an idea!

  9. I think it is possible to scalp the Bund. The Flipper used to take only 3-5 ticks profit per trade. Whatever suits your style!
