Looking to acquire lease and/or equipment of a NYC based trading shop that has decided/is think of closing shop, Chelsea or below. Room for about 20-25 people. Pls, no shitty space/dingy walkup. Seen enough props to know. Don't want to sublet part of your already existing floor either. Must be private. and of course, access to telecommunication structure. I need space by Oct-Nov the latest.
