Can someone offer me some insight on forex brokers that offer Metatrader 4 but are true ecns. Seems that everyone who lets you use mt4 is a bucket shop. Mb Trading is the only one I can come up with. Any other ideas out there? Thanks.
No. FX is not centralized, so there is no such thing as true ECN. More like sub-ECNs. If you want true ECN, go trade micro/mini FX at CME
Any idea of the overall costs per month of trading through CME? So far the only ECN broker I have found is called ajaxfinancial which may be useful as a step up from bucket shop brokers but a good middle ground if you aren't ready to trade through CME. They support Metatrader 4.
You go to FXCM's site and they claim to offer dealing desk and no dealing desk. Of course bigger spreads on a ndd. Anyone offer any insight on whether that is truly the case. Can FXCM's ndd be trusted to not be booking your bets?
I'm trading with hotforex and it is an ECN/STP NDD broker, it only offer MT4 platform for trading but it's regulated and well-known with traders. You can open a demo account to test it.
