The first day was lightly attended, but I think it was worthwhile. I looked at the alternatives noted above, and tradingrooms.com looks like the best of the three. It's easy to use and has a chartpost feature, plus some other cool things. Another option is AOL IM, which I think would allow images. Both AIM and tradingrooms require a local software install (although both are free), as opposed to the ET chat which is browser based. Let me know what you all think. Regards,
I set up a room at TradingRooms.com. You can find it under TradingRooms Directory / Trading Rooms / Community Trading Rooms / Intraday Oil Futures. When you first enter, it may rudely state "TradingRoom Manager has revoked your permission to speak". Please note that this is nothing that I have done, and I can't figure out how to turn it off yet.
