Any guy use QuoteTracker? Would you tell me what the bottom indicator is?

    I saw in a forum a guy use the bottom indicator by QuoteTracker as below, but he didn't disclose what the bottom indicator is and how to use it. Does any guy who use QT can tell me?
    Any tips are appreciated.
