Be very, very careful taking any drug that messes with Serotonin. If you take it long enough you can quickly become addicted to it and getting off of it is like getting off of crack. Stay clear of these drugs! They are extremely dangerous.

Tramadol, Effexor, Lexapro are just a few that you should stay away from.

Forget about the drugs and learn to meditate. That will improve your mind and body without putting chemicals into your system. Start here and read on.

Bravo RDT! The most important thing you said here is, "you should get a blood test at least yearly." Personally, I need 2000 IU of vitamin D to maintain my target serum levels. I know a guy who needs 8000 IU. I know another person who take 80,000 IU of vitamin A (no that's not a typo). Her body can't absord Vitamin A like a normal person would and her finger nails and corneas fall off as a result. 80,000 IU is toxic to any other person.

People are so quick to reach for a pill when nature has put everything you need at your finger tips. It just takes a bit of work to find the right answer and tweak it to fit your system.

Forget the Ritalin. You might as well start cooking Meth.

Hallucinations? Boy, I dunno if I want to combine trading with something that causes hallucinations. "The trading Gods said go long, I know they did!" :D
