Keep in mind, the idea is for you to maximize the chocolate, and minimize or delete the added sugar. For the Baker's Unsweetened (100% cacao) best trader-cheap price, get you wife or your newest girlfriend to venture into the nearest Walmart confection aisle. You gotta be a little hardcore to gnaw on these baking squares, but you'll begin to taste the chocolate after a few. The less daring may prefer to start off on the Semi-Sweetened (54% cacao), first - though you're not going for Christmas candy. However, chocolate affects women's serotonin level differently, so when she (quickly?) gets acclimated to this stuff, she may be pulling you out of your home-office trading chair at the most inopportune times (for trading, anyway). http://brands.kraftfoods.com/BakersChocolate/BakersBrands.htm http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0..._m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_r=1X817XRPWYSK2R5N71VD
Its always a big hit in your ddocs to disclose that your strategy is based on the edge that you gain by trading on crack.
I used to take MaHuang from GNC in a product called herbalift 10 years ago... Great for a 2-3 hour mountain bike race but I'd be wired for hours after. You'd need something to relax you after taking it. But the performance benefit for endurance athletes and for pure speed and concentration was big. I'd say you need this only for exercise.
Seems like most of my morning/afternoon was flipping channels. No kids at home, and my Wife went shopping with her Mom. OOH RAH!!! Lol! Anyhow, I don't use drugs, but there was a show on Nat Geographic today that was called I believe "Halluconogenics." A German MD did several studies on hallucinogens, and apparently, in many people, they "unlock" parts of the brain/thinking/creativity/senses, etc., that those who are under the influence are able to come up with thoughts, and creativity that they could NEVER do while not high. I believe you when you say you saw things that you never "saw" before. (or fathomed before) because parts of your brain were apparently stimulated to the point where you were able to say, "there is what I have been looking for." I guess next time-if there's a next time-you use hallucinogens, write down what you're thinking, and seeing at the time, then look it over the next day to see if it makes sense, or really was what you were looking for. Last, I am Libertarian. I believe people should be able to put in their bodies what they want so long as they don't do any damage to others in the process. Heck, you can get cancer from legal tobacco, and kill people on the roadway with legal alcohol. But things like pot and mushromms that grow in the dirt illegal? Give me a break America!
It may be too late, but with some of the advices in this thread, you could end up looking like this guy:
Your focus should be on making sure your blood serum has ideal concentrations of certain vitamins and minerals. You should get a blood test at least yearly to make sure your body is not lacking anything. Here are some things you might consider: Melatonin - 1 mg right at bed-time - Promotes sleep, deeper and faster http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Melatonin Vitamin C - Helps you deal with stress - 500 mg to 1 gram per day http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/1999/08/990823072615.htm Vitamin D - Deficiency linked to depression http://www.vitamindcouncil.org/depression.shtml Vitamin E - Deficiency linked to depression http://www.nutraingredients.com/Research/Vitamin-E-status-role-in-depression Here is an article on a lack of different vitamins causing depression: http://depression.about.com/cs/diet/a/vitamin.htm Dont forget about proper hydration. 13 cups a day for males is the ideal amount of water to consume according to the Mayo clinic. http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/water/NU00283 The moral of the story is eat a balanced diet and get a blood test at least once a year. Take a few supplements. I would take a general vitamin supplement, 1 mg of Melatonin at bed-time (get at least 8 hours of sleep), 500 mg of Vitamin C, and 1000 mg of Vitamin D. Additionally, 13 cups of water per day. In the morning when you wake up, you want to run at least a mile combined with some other exercises to improve circulation and promote general health. Focus on the ideal levels of health and nutrition. The healthier you are then the more you will be focused.
