Small portion size is good as clams hit 90% of Daily requirement for Iron. You’re going for the Iron, a huge deficiency in the American diet. Haemoglobin is key.

I don't think drugs help. I imagine that being a profitable trader just requires certain knowledge that isn't available to most. I kind of imagine that a profitable trader who knows the secrets of the market and what to look at in order to know where it's going to go next, could make an amateur (or a child) profitable for life in like 5 mins. (and so he's now looking at the right stuff whilst me and other amateurs are still looking at charts and patterns and moving averages etc)
