idk, holding classified docs is a crime committed, don’t you think? attack plan on Iran and china. Pence and Biden gave back the docs rather quickly. as we saw, this fiasco is entirely his own making, got so many lawyers went through his stuff and yet he still got a hold of many.

  2. The crime is storing classified docs, which is kind of a bullshit thing anyway. Every President takes records when they leave office and much is classified. Classified is not a big deal, really. Most of that info is already known by the public. It's just documents that are labeled classified.
If it was jaywalking, the Trump Derangers would want the death penalty. They don't give a shit about whether Trump did something wrong or not.
They just hate him and want to put him in prison, especially so he won't win the 24 election.
    That's all that's really happening.

You can pretend like this is all about 'no one is above the law,' but we all know everybody in Washington is a fcuking criminal scum, dem or repub - all of them with a very few exceptions.
Why aren't Pelosi's insider trading scandals investigated, or Biden's deals with China kickbacks?
Why isn't Fauci being investigated for lying about masking or vaccine efficacy?
Honestly, this list could be as long as War and Peace.
DC is a goddamn crime cesspool and we both know it. Stop pretending they're all honest, law-abiding citizens except Trump.

    It's just sad.

You do know Trump changed the law on classified documents?

You do know Trump put a lot of people in jail for doing less with classified documents than he did?

If it's not a big deal, why did he target other people for the same?

holding top secret documents in a bathroom is safer than a vault at the white house. Bathrooms have locks.

At least 84 witnesses against Trump in the government's case.

I did, you didn't respond. If classified is not a big deal then why did Trump change the law for mishandling from misdemeanor to felony?

Why did his DOJ prosecute others?

WASHINGTON — Reality L. Winner, a former Air Force linguist who was the first person prosecuted by the Trump administration on charges of leaking classified information, pleaded guilty on Tuesday as part of an agreement with prosecutors that calls for a sentence of 63 months in prison.
