It does not work that way with Trump and his MAGA supporters.

If he's found guilty...Trump will say the judicial system is rigged against him. If Trump is found not guilty... Trump will say it's a fair system and justice has prevailed.

Similar to his 2020 Presidential Election defeat...the election was infected with fraud against him although quickly proven that he was a liar...later proven to be a rapist in a civil trial and a fraudster in another civil trial. If Trump had won...it would have been a fair election and he'll be the savior for his Operation Warp Speed Covid Vaccines.

Summary - He's a sore loser, his MAGA supporters (cult) are still upset about the election loss, he still selling lies about election fraud, and Trump still thinks he's above the law because he was once President of the United States.

Regardless, this Hush Money criminal trial is the weakest of the 4 criminal trials but it should only at a minimum result in at least one felony conviction. The others have been delayed because they carry more serious crimes and require the Supreme Court to resolve the issue of "immunity" before the elections because America doesn't want a criminal trial to take place for a sitting President and then freak out if a sitting President gets more felony convictions...

Every rapist, fraudster, and murderer will want to run for President of the United States and then be absolved of their crimes under "immunity"....truly making our judicial system laughable to the eyes of the world. :D :vomit:

Trump may have lost votes if he were convicted in the documents case but absolutely no one will give a shit if he convicted of paying off a mistress.

Since the judge in the documents case has made it so that the trail will not take place before the election, after which he will pardon himself, you and Biden supporters hopes that a court case will take him down is over.

Say hello to your Jan 2025 President...

Now, if they were smart, they would have tried to get Karen McDougal to talk. However, she has the utmost respect for President Donald Trump and even apologized to Melania Trump. She has not bad mouthed him at all. I believe her and take note, she was a Playboy playmate. Stormy Daniels and E. Jean Carroll really? If you can have filet minion steak and lobster dinner, why would you have chicken nuggets?

Note that the case in Georgia is a state case and not a federal case. The case in Georgia is not subject to a federal immunity ruling. However this Georgia case is being delayed via motions filed by Trump to remove the D.A. from the case.

Georgia court to take up Trump's appeal of Willis disqualification ruling, possibly delaying election case
The move could delay the Fulton County election interference case against Trump.

I forgot about the difference between the Georgia (state case) not being subject to the Federal immunity ruling.

As for the other cases under the Federal jurisdiction, the Supreme Court will get involved.

The Georgia state Court of Appeals on Wednesday agreed to hear the appeal of former President Donald Trump as to whether Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis should be disqualified from his election fraud case for improper conduct.

The court granted the application for what’s known as interlocutory appeal without comment, saying that Trump and at least eight other co-defendants have 10 days to file their formal appeal. That means the appellate court will hear the case before the trial gets underway rather than afterward if Trump or any of the other 14 co-defendants were convicted.

“President Trump looks forward to presenting interlocutory arguments to the Georgia Court of Appeals as to why the case should be dismissed and Fulton County DA Willis should be disqualified for her misconduct in this unjustified, unwarranted political persecution,” said Steve Sadow, lead defense counsel for Trump in the case.

Trump and the others face charges of conspiring to commit election fraud in an effort to overturn the results of the 2020 election in Georgia that Trump lost to President Joe Biden.

    ---------

She will not be disqualified if they continue stating the criminal case against Trump is unjustified, unwarranted political persecution...considering Georgia's Court of Appeals has shown to be very negative with written language like that in appeal filings.

    :D

    Trump is still fucked.

This is the second time it's been reported that Trump was physically shoving his attorney to get them to object to testimony at his trial. Ever notice it's always his FEMALE lawyers that are subject to this treatment?

  9. If he tried that with male lawyer his protective detail would have to rush him out of the courtroom.

    WTF !!!

Trump is doing that crap in court in front of the media...

That would imply he's doing that crap for the jurors to see too. :(

Trump was reportedly shaking his head and audibly cursing during Daniels’ testimony, prompting Judge Juan Merchan to warn Trump’s lead attorney, leaving the page."

“I understand that your client is upset at this point,” Merchan told Blanche, according to transcripts obtained by The Washington Post. He said the behavior needed to stop because “it has the potential to intimidate the witness, and the jury can see that.”

Last week, New York Times journalist Maggie Haberman reported that Trump had been increasingly annoyed with Blanche and complained that his lawyer was not aggressive enough.

Some legal experts have suggested that Trump appears to be damaging his defense by pushing his attorneys to use language and strategies that don’t hold up in court.
