Simply, after Trump becomes a convicted felon...he will be cemented as their messiah (he has compared himself a few times as such) or the people's god to 1/2 of America. They don't give a damn even with the violation of criminal codes by Trump & co-conspirators in the four criminal cases. If Trump brought back his Muslim bans, brown people border bans, murder most minorities in America because of revenge against them for not voting for him in 2020... 1/2 the damn country will still defend the lunatic including those that he'll most likely suppress their education to stop the protests and in theory he could go after the minorities that voted against him in 2020 in his "promise revenge plot"...that's our America...our future chaos with a soon to be multiple convicted felon.
