I was just looking at the bonds of an obscure industrial company and they are trading at like a 30% yield. This company has problems but I was wondering if there is systematic risk premium in these types of bonds. This would be liquidity premium, small float premium (big investors can't buy enough), or lack of coverage premium. This could bebe valuable to a buy and hold investor.
