any CBOT traders?

I am looking for any advice as to how to fight
a $1000 fine by the CBOT for a busted trade
in a mini bond YH and the total volume affected
by my bad limit price was 2-4 contracts including
my 1 lot

I am not angry and do wish to pay some sort of fine
if needed but think $1000 is too high

Seth - educate us. What is a bad limit price such that one might get fined?
