Any broker offer the .0025 INET/BRUT rebate?

Anyone know of any brokers out there that qualify for, and pass through, the higher .0025 per share rebate offered by INET and BRUT?

For reference (the broker needs to add 30 million shares a day in liquidity to qualify):

i've never heard of anyone passing the .0025 on. they pass the .002 on. the broker must keep it

Do you know if SLK offers .0025 for adding liquidity on INET/BRUT?

There's gotta be someone out there that offers it.

 

Swifttrade does, but i assume that doesnt apply to you.
