If one does not have a data connection, how does one trade? I am sorry, I cannot drop to that deep a level of STUPID. If you have no connection to place your trade, you cannot trade. Welcome to the second grade of thought. The first grade is acknowledging that you EXIST AS A LIFEFORM, and HAVE SELF-REALIZATION.
Are you trying to get non-professional fees for an LLC trading U.S. equities? I don't think you'll have much luck. Non-professional fees are reserved for individual traders that use data for display only, and have a lot of restrictions. For example, algo, automated, or an "non-display" data use can result in a bump to pro fees. Perhaps look at other markets? Forex, fixed income, gold bullion, pork bellies, and crypto come to mind.
