THE CME's IOM division has 1,287 seats. You have to assume the majority of those seatholders are making money or else they would get rid of their seats. There are also 625 CME seats and 813 IMM seats that can trade the eminis.
These days the leases and sales are going at a discount as well. If you have enough money, now is a good time for buying because they're at about 50% discounts, at least they were.
