It's def. I think he is in HK. Should not be at work yet!

 

A: the IB hong kong office is open now
but you might have to wait a bit if they are busy

B: relax ... most markets have not moved much so far !

 

This is certainly a time when the people from IB should respond something here...anything...just show you are on top of it....and make us believe you care....no connection still in NY.

 

Where are you logging in from and what version do you have?

 

i just wouldn't mind to know whats happening to crude real time...

have a few longs and i had a scale out limit sell order that i wanted to move up before the markets opened. looks like a no go on that.

 

Hong Kong server is up. Just logged in my Hong Kong account ok. I am thanking myself to have one account connecting to HK server as backup.

 

can you pull up feb and mar qm?

 

Dead here in New England. Guess I look at Asia open on Yahoo.

And BTW IB - - if you read this - - don't shut down Japan operations next Christmas holiday. It was inappropriate.
