The BS continues... Why the hell cant I get Anvil to work w/o a hitch more than 2 days in a row? Crosseyed jacked up L2 in the morning, constant disconnection from Mkt Summary, now the whole program got disconnected. As if trading itself isn't difficult, I have to deal w/ this crap? Anyone know when this $@&* will be resolved??
I have had no problems whatsoever today and I am trading "remote" from Northern California. No disconnects, no crossed L2 quotes. I just ran a trace-route to the server back in New Jersey ( at 11:45am PST ) and am averaging 88ms, just like usual. Anvil has been solid for me.
Anvil is terrible for me today I keep on disconnecting this is getting ridiculous now I know its not on my end its there end why cant they try and fix the problem and stop giving us all the run around, its like every other day I have a problem nowadays!!!
As anyone can research, my past posts ( including one a couple days ago) was very positive on Anvil, and I still am. But I do echo this quote. Today I got delayed, then disconnected a couple of times (while my other programs continued quoting at full pace)
Besides four "Lost to Market Summary" messages, the system was actually functional today. This, of course, means I'm going to have problems with it tomorrow as it has never gone 2 straight days without a glitch. We shall see.
I watch hundreds of thousands of orders remotely every day and never go down. Guys, STOP USING THE COMCAST TRIPLE PLAY TO SAVE $30 AND GET A REAL CONNECTION. Are you guys in the market to make money or save it???? If its the latter, check out ING Direct.... that'll make you a solid 5% a year.
