More voters classify 'Black Lives Matter' demonstrations as riots, not protests https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/...ter-demonstrations-as-riots-not-protests-poll
Boom bitches. STFU libtards. Antifa actually does exist. The riots in Portland are started every fucking night by paid threat actors. This destorys the libtard MSM narrative. "Threat actors who are motivated by Anarchists or ANTIFA (or a combination of both) ideologies to carry out acts of violence against State, Local and Federal authorities..”
Just saw a video clip on Shannon Bream's program of some black thug cheering and laughing at the shooting of the deputies. It was ugly. In addition to the outright savagery of it, it is material made for a tv ad that it is right up there with the Willie Horton ad- probably one of the most effective campaign ads of the last hundred years. A gift that just kept on giving for the republican candidate. Watch your arse Joe. Your support for your BLM thugs are taking you into Willie Horton territory and that will leave you gasping for air and crying racism. Except all the pubs have to do is to play other people's words. Not theirs nor trumps. Actually, the guy in that video clip that Shannon Bream played looked almost exactly like Willie Horton too. Yeh, I think the universe wants that clip to become a campaign ad.
I was to get back to GWB's post but having read both medical reports and the claim there was no asphyxiation being nonsense, as the family examiner said, the compressive force needed was insufficient to leave anything they would be seen in an autopsy but he made his assessment on his knowledge of anatomy and the video. No evidence because there is no measurable damage does not mean not the cause. As far as the case, remains to be seen how it proceeds.
We will see how this entire situation plays out in court. This is a politically motivated prosecution -- or at least politics caused the prosecution to occur, in the past officers would not have been prosecuted when this type of situation occurred. However the case has been falling apart over the past weeks; first the full medical examiners report raises serious doubt that George Floyd died of asphyxiation and he had enough drugs in his system to kill him. Then the judge has ordered the DA and staffers off the case. All of this has left the entire case in a state of flux. On the other side of the aisle the officers involved appears to have broken ranks and are blaming each other via their lawyers. The one officer who was not holding Floyd may very well have a case that he should not be charged -- especially when two of the officers were trainees in their first days on the job and were taking direction from trainers. The entire situation is complex. My concern is that when charges are dismissed against the officers or they are found not guilty at a trial then more rioting will erupt.
Absolutely correct. The lead guy there, who had his knee on floyd's neck, the hell with him. Let him put on a defense and do as best he can for himself one way or the other. But I am not cheering for any manslaughter/homicides for all the players. The very tall guy there for instance, had his back turned most of the time trying to protect others involved. He turned a couple times and asked chauvin if he was using too much force in some words to that effect, and then looked outward again to protect the scene. while others were involved with floyd. That was the tall guy's like 4th day on the job or something like that. Then it turns out he gave mouth to mouth to floyd or heart pumping in the ambulance or before. He should not be charged with anything or at least he has valid defenses.
Well I agree no trial will be a problem. Justice must be seen to be done. Inconclusive physical evidence is not falling apart as it is backed by video and witnesses. The drugs in his system, there is no clear level of fentanyl that is fatal, its is an odd drug regarding what is tolerated by individuals. It helps the police as does his heart condition but excessive force was the main factor I believe. The way his voice got ragged before he stopped speaking, keeping the pressure was a killing move I and many others believe. George Floyd was 6 feet 4 inches weighed 223 pounds. I'm six six, 296 and good shape. Two cops on my back and one on my neck, a perfectly healthy person would not sustain that and this would be easy to demonstrate with a pulse oxymeter. I chatted about it at the time with a cousin (he is a big bastard) who did a lot of serious wrestling and he felt it very likely no man alive could sustain what Floyd experienced with moderate weight on him. Not much initially but after five minutes it would all change. With some volunteers and that could be easy enough to demonstrate to a jury. It may not of course go beyond a reasonable doubt. Now they can argue training was bad and beat the charges as long as there is no proof they received training to countermand the old "if he can speak, he can breath" which is not safe. Anyone can speak in their last breath. The prosecution staff being potentially replaced is not a mistrial. If they don't convict but do put effort into a trial, this may mollify the majority.
