They will. Its taking some time but its going to happen. If the law doesn't or can't protect peaceful citizens, the mob will begin to get shot by those citizens.

Well.... this is a claim by the Kenosha GOP chairwoman.... Somehow I doubt it seeing both the the city of Kenosha and Kenosha county typically voted Democratic in most elections (note that Trump in 2016 was the first Republican candidate in 44 years to win the county). The mayor of Kenosha is a Democrat as are most county commissioners.

Kenosha GOP chairwoman claims most residents support Kyle Rittenhouse
    https://nypost.com/2020/09/02/kenosha-gop-chairwoman-most-residents-support-kyle-rittenhouse/

A political leader in Kenosha insists almost everyone in the Wisconsin city supports Kyle Rittenhouse, the teenage alleged vigilante charged with killing two during riots sparked by the police shooting of Jacob Blake.

“It looks like it was self-defense, and, talking to people around the area, I would say about 80 percent of the people support what Kyle did,” local GOP chairwoman Erin Dillon told “Fox & Friends.”

The “other 20 percent is probably people that can’t stand Donald Trump and can’t stand anything conservative or Republican,” the Republican leader insisted on the show Tuesday.

“So they’re just going to attack anything that resembles that,” she claimed.

Rittenhouse, 17, had been filmed among other heavily armed members of an alleged militia group protecting local businesses from rioters who torched the city before the shooting broke out.

He is accused of shooting one man in the head before killing another man and seriously injuring a third as he was tackled while trying to escape.

The teen faces a slew of charges, including first-degree intentional homicide, first-degree reckless homicide and one count of attempted first-degree intentional homicide.

Dillon said Kenosha was “devastated” by the “riots and arson” and residents are “still very worried about what could happen.”

“We’re a small city, less than 100,000 people. Stuff like this doesn’t happen in Kenosha,” she told the Fox morning show — insisting locals were thrilled that President Trump “sent the troops in.”

Long overdue... No federal money for cities which deliberately don't control riots.

The Trump Administration Wants To Pull Federal Funds From Major Cities Where There Are Anti-Racism Protests
    https://www.buzzfeednews.com/articl...ests-federal-aid-anarchist-jurisdictions-memo

The Trump administration plans to review federal funds provided to Seattle, Washington, DC, New York City, and Portland, cities where "outrageous acts of violence and destruction have continued unabated," according to a memo signed by the president Wednesday.

Within two weeks, the White House will issue guidance to the heads of federal agencies to submit a report on the federal funds provided to the four cities.

In addition, Attorney General Bill Barr will publish a list “identifying State and local jurisdictions that have permitted violence and the destruction of property to persist and have refused to undertake reasonable measures to counteract these criminal activities (anarchist jurisdictions).”

The memorandum would signal the latest escalation between the Trump administration and cities in which large-scale protests have taken place against systemic racism in the wake of high profile police killings of Black people. Since July, Trump administration officials have attacked Portland officials, most notably Mayor Ted Wheeler, for not doing enough to protect federal property and shut down protests.

The memo directs officials to consider factors such as whether the city cut funding for police or restricted local law enforcement from intervening to “restore order.” In a month, the budget director at the White House then plans to issue guidance to agencies on restricting eligibility for federal grants to the “anarchist jurisdictions.”

The New York Post first reported the memo on Wednesday.

This would not be the first time the administration has sought to cut federal funding from local jurisdictions. In 2017, Trump officials sought to cut federal funds from several “sanctuary jurisdictions” — those that have policies restricting cooperation between local law enforcement and immigration officials — but were blocked by federal courts.

The memo comes as administration officials have sought to promote a message — during the height of the presidential campaign — that “Democrat-run” cities are under siege. In an interview earlier this week, Trump told Fox News that Portland had been burning for years, which is a gross exaggeration of protests in the city.

Absolutely long overdue. If locally elected representatives don't do their job, just use the purse to make them.

A believable promise of change will calm the "mob" in short order. I have lived and worked in three countries in an active state of war and the peeps just want a quiet life.

Louisiana Rep. Clay Higgins, a former SWAT cop who’s big on gun rights, threatened to shoot protesters in a wildly deranged Facebook post that accompanied a picture of armed Black men.

“Look, fair warning. If this shows up, we’ll consider the armed presence a real threat. We being, We, the people of Louisiana,” Higgins’ post began. The Republican congressman, elected in 2016, went on to say, “I wouldn’t even spill my beer. I’d drop any 10 of you where you stand. Because some of we, like me…We, are SWAT. Nothing personal. We just eliminate the threat.”

The accompanying picture, taken during a rally in Louisville to protest Breonna Taylor’s killing earlier this year, shows three heavily armed Black men from the Not Fucking Around Coalition, an all-Black militia.

This guy needs to be taken in and talked to. It completely betrays the lie that the 2nd amendment applies to black guys with open carry guns of course but we are not naive, everyone knows this is about them vs us in his mind.

Now lets not be too shocked this is the same congressman who hires staff of such good character that in 2019 :

"Jerod C. Prunty, 47, an aide to Louisiana Congressman Clay Higgins, was arrested Saturday and charged with two counts of pandering, according to booking information from the Lafayette Parish Sheriff's Office.

His arrest is related to the arrest of eight others last week in connection with human sex trafficking, pandering and prostitution involving five Lafayette Parish massage parlors, according to John Mowell, public information officer with the Lafayette Parish Sheriff's Office.

Our media partners at KATC TV3 obtained the following statement from Higgins' office:"
