You are in legal la la land my friend. The Federal Trade Commission Act deals primarily with deceptive advertising. It absolutely does not prohibit a credit card company from restricting what can be purchased by their cards! Once again, try to fund your brokerage account with a credit card. Oh, do we need to sue every broker now as well? Good luck with all that. While you're at it, I heard the IRS is illegal under the 5th, 16th, and 17th ammendments, so no need to file your taxes either. Meanwhile, back on planet Earth....

There is a guy that won the IRS thing but they murdered him for it.

Where did I put my tinfoil hat?

  3. He feels something might be true and is pleasing to him. It is not about objective reality.

You will find it (CCs) has a lot to do with the risk associated with charge backs. It would be nice to think it is related to helping problem gamblers but I would be surprised.

Bitcoin fuels human trafficking which is a record highs but hey, what do kids matter to a guy thinking about a customised Samsung 9+

Bitcoin does not fuel human trafficking. Fertility clinics and the southern baptist confederation fuel human trafficking. And cash.

  6. Really, because I live in Colombia and I'm pretty goddam certain it is connected as one of my students is a human rights lawyer and an expert on this.

You know what happens to undeveloped girls who have sex 40 times a day? Get lost.

Go shout at a Flat Earther, a match of great minds.

Ok, maybe in Colombia. I wouldn't know. But in the states its like I said and I do know that. I'd be more concerned about burundanga than bitcoin if I was you.

A little less hate please. Do you have a problem with civilized conversations? If so you shouldn't post.

  9. America is 4.4% of the world.

95.6% of the world is being really hurt by all this 'freedom' the cryptokids like. We have financial rules for a reason and they were hard won taking decades to put in place. They do quite a lot to stop millions of small criminals from going international.

Dumbish people getting rich, vapid consumerism from the new money and conspiracy theory justifications... big step forward that it for civilisation.

Anyway, I'm off to bed. I'm just pissed as I have come up against the dark side of all of this several times in the last few days.
