  1. It sounds like Bin Laden was not captured or killed in the Bush Administration because Bush was not interested. Therefore it follows that any President who had a will would have been able find a way to get it done. Again, you have not showed Obama did anything special.

Bush didn't do it.Obama's 2008 opponent,McCain, said he wouldn't go into Pakistan for Bin Landen, which is what Obama did. 2 republican presidents didn't and wouldn't have gotten it done,Obama did.

  5. Attached below is part of an article from Wikipedia.org on Solyndra. Taxpayers lost their ass on Democratic sweetheart Solyndra. The US Government did not recoup their losses from Solyndra in interest FROM SOLYNDRA in the five years since they recieved Government assistance and went bankrupt. The article you cited mis-allocated funds that were from all the bailouts the Government funded and applied it improperly to Solyndra.

    Government supportEdit
Solyndra received a $535 million U.S. Energy Department loan guarantee, the first recipient of a loan guarantee under President Barack Obama's economic stimulus program, the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.[16] While the overall loan program was in the black in 2014, it took a $528 million loss from Solyndra.[17][18] Additionally, Solyndra received a $25.1 million tax break from California's Alternative Energy and Advanced Transportation Financing Authority.[19] Solyndra was not a unique case for the U.S. Department of Energy.[20]

Following the bankruptcy, the government was expected to recoup $27 million under the Solyndra restructuring plan, or up to 100% of loaned funds from a $1.5 billion lawsuit filed against Chinese solar-panel makers for alleged price fixing.[2] The outcomes of the lawsuits were that, in November 2015, Yingli Green Energy Holding Co Ltd. settled a claim filed by Solyndra for $7.5 million, and in April 2016 Trina Solar Ltd. settled a claim filed by Solyndra for $45 million. In June 2016 a Stipulation Of Dismissal was filed jointly between Solyndra and Suntech Power Holdings Co Ltd. and later signed by Hon. Saundra B. Armstrong on November 30, 2017 .[21]

I see Trump is not the only one who files lawsuits. Too bad we didn't get the 1.5 billion that was being sought.

  6. I believe a lot of people would like to know that. Attached below is chart from Wikpedia.org showing a partial history of US Government debt. Because of the lag of Presential influence on the budget negotiation process, Obama is responsible for Oct, 2009 through Oct, 2017. This chart should speak for itself.

Edit: Having difficulty showing the chart. However, the link below has the actual Government debt levels by the day. It looks like one can modify the hyperlink to customize any time period they want.

What Obama policies costs 8 trillion?

Obamacare cut the deficit by restructuring medicare and increasing taxes. The stimulus was less than a trillion.

  9. What I am trying to assess is Obama's Presidential job performance, not his poll popularity performance which was mainly derived from friendly media coverage. Understandingly, in a severe economic contraction, you do want to do some cheerleading. Indeed, because the economic recovery was considered touch and go for a long time, in spite of all the expensive Government programs, the media was mostly friendly to Obama throughout his Presidency.

  10. Thank you, Mr. Obama, for having a pair in this instance that Bush did not.

I hope we never see a member of the Bush family as President ever again.
