[Gingo b is another good way to go, whole wheat, salmon, sardines , smoked sardines also help; i like hen eggs + country eggs, even though the cereal kings do negative articles against them.]
%% C + D most likely will not help a lot, compared to a good vitamin+ mineral supplement. Good thing they are not classified as drug, that would make waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to much regulation + jack up the price wrongly
