I had some problems yesterday with TradeStation platform too. In the morning, after the regular market open, the matrix buttons just won't get enabled. I had to restart the platform and click through some options to get them working And then, just after the market close, all data streams went dead and were showing waiting for data... Restart didn't work, and around 5PM they posted a message in the alert window: As a result of the recent increase in market activity, some users are unable to receive Matrix, Market Depth and Time & Sales data, and instead receive a âWaiting for dataâ message when attempting to utilize these applications. If you are experiencing this problem, we suggest that you download and install TradeStation 8.3 Build 1634 by clicking here. My build is 1631, so they must have fixed something in a hurry.
