What you are saying is cops are being trained to shoot 100% of the time if there is any perceived threat. Look at the video again... cops screams "STOP" and "Show me our hands" The kid stops and shows the officer his hands.... Again.... why give commands if you are going to blast the kid no matter what. What kind of training is given to say you shoot first and always. This is bullshit if you get to tell someone to do something and then still shoot them anyway. No one is saying this kid is not worth arresting and going to juvy, but cops always make the decision to shoot first. You think because the kid is out at 2 AM he deserves to be shot by police? Does anyone deserve to get shot by police for crimes punishable by prison? EVEN WHEN THE PERSON DOES WHAT YOU ASKED THEM TO DO! So that means the training is shit and needs to be revised because cops are not only shooting armed kids they are killing anyone who they feel poses a threat.

You keep telling a person in training, too slow, you're dead over and over again that and only that image will be in their head at the moment of truth. Training is not a factor when the reactions to different races is not consistent; Unless you are asserting that police are trained to react differently towards different races. The different reactions are only explained by the prejudices and biases of the individual cop.
