In my area, only law enforcement officers carry revolvers. So far, there is no officer who went berserk. So, event such as a mentally unsound killing >10 people with a semi-automatic is zero. Only those in the army are trained to carry such weapon. In a democratic society, such policy are unlikely to change any time soon.

Men, except GWB, get angry as they get older due to hormones and shit. Maybe along with visceral fat absorbing testosterone it's a survival adaptation in age, getting rage/vicious fast to compensate for slowing down.

Everybody, except GWB, can have a very dangerous day and guns just make that day a whole lot worse. All it takes is something to crash serotonin levels in the gut.

All ageing men, except GWB, are potential shooters if they have a gun.

I’m just going to step in and remind the forum that there simply are too many guns in America and we have reached critical mass. Meaning the conditions are such that the mass shootings and murders cannot be stopped for quite some time. The only way to get this under control is longitudinally by decreasing the amount of guns in America over time.

Playing wac-a-mole with marginal gun laws is futile. Everyday all of our chances as Americans of being involved in an incident of gun violence increases. And that is the truth.

Brown, you are a dickless retard. Brown by name and by shorts. The best part of you dribbled down you mom's leg boy. I'd smash your face in if you were with me for being so dumb. That's not what I'm saying.

I am a giant, I can pulp near any heavyweight or mma guy that would make you shit yourself into paste. They are like children to me. Having an iron forge is good exercise of course. I have broken up uncounted arguments and fights. Any man, don't count yourself as one, can snap, it might be just taking a sleeping tablet for a few days, ate something he was allergic to or a score more ways.

Its all about serotonin whether a guy is a happy puppy or a cold hearted killer.

If you don't know what I mean you have ovaries like GWB.

Looks like the Senate wants more nutcases with military training and weapons set lose upon the population.

Senate Voted to Let Vets With Mental Issues Keep Guns Hours Before Maine Shooting
Five senators who caucus with Democrats joined Republicans in voting to adopt the amendment

Robert Card, an Army reservist with a history of mental health issues, is suspected of killing at least 18 people at multiple locations in Maine on Wednesday.

Hours before the rampage, the Senate voted 53-45 to adopt an amendment making it easier for veterans with mental disabilities to get guns.
The Department of Veteran Affairs is currently required to send the names of veterans who need assistance managing their benefits to the FBI’s National Instant Criminal Background Check System.

The amendment adopted on Wednesday, introduced by Sen. John Kennedy (R-La.), overturns this requirement. “My amendment would prevent government workers from unduly stripping veterans of their right to bear arms,” Kennedy said. “Every veteran who bravely serves our country has earned VA benefits, and it’s wrong for the government to punish veterans who get a helping hand to manage those resources.”

Five senators who caucus with Democrats — three Democrats and two Independents, all up for reelection in 2024 — voted with Republicans to adopt the amendment. “It is not right that a D.C. bureaucrat at VA could take away a veterans’ legal right to their firearms simply because they needed assistance managing their finances,” said Sen. Jon Tester (D-Mt.).

Angus King, an Independent who represents Maine, also voted to adopt it. So did Susan Collins, the long-serving Maine Republican. Neither senator’s office immediately responded to requests for comment about the vote.

Sen. Chris Murphy (D-Ct.), one of the leading gun control advocates in Congress, argued against the amendment on Wednesday. “We are not talking about people who just can’t balance their checkbook We’re not talking about people who just need some assistance with their financial affairs,” he said, per The Hill. “The standard that the VA uses is the standard of mental competence.”

“Let me put a finer point on it,” Murphy added. “One third of the veterans we’re talking about in this category are diagnosed schizophrenics. This amendment allows for every single one of them to have their gun rights restored.”

Murphy’s office did not immediately respond to a request for comment. He weighed in on the shooting on Thursday. “Another deeply mentally ill man, armed with a military semi-automatic rifle, commits mass murder,” he wrote on X. “This isn’t hard. a. Keep weapons away from potentially dangerous people. b. Don’t let anyone have an assault weapon. Mass shootings decline. Nobody’s 2A rights are harmed.”

Or pack them off to the countryside where they they can't bother actual men with their wittering senility.

Oh wait, you already moved out to nowhere because of your nerves and shit.

There are no rights. Rights are infringed endlessly so there are no rights, it's just a nonsense term for the cheap seats.
