The point of my reply was about 'Whites in general,' in response to an accusation about 'Blacks in general.'

Has nothing to do with anyone's particular ancestors.

 

Racists from the days of slavery, raised kids in their racist households.

Those kids became adults. Many, not all, but many, became racist parents as well.

Rinse, repeat.
