More talk about Gold today.... http://www.marketwatch.com/Story/story/print?guid=96B428F4-E7CC-11E1-A54F-002128049AD6
An interesting article written a week ago. Talks a lot about Triangles.... http://seekingalpha.com/article/798641-battle-between-bulls-and-bears-makes-gold-etf-options-cheap
Yes, especially if they tend to make the entry prices cheaper! A pretty cool idea concerning the I.V., which I hadn't thought about before. Just read "typically the breakout is in the direction of the prior trend" with Symmetrical Triangles. That would be nice for all us Call Buyers. Anyway, I've given GLD till March to make up its mind. Can't see it going sideways until then. But as you know, Mr. Market will do as he pleases...
Then again, one could argue GLD has formed more of a Descending Triangle over the longer term, with 150-ish as the Support Level. Gulp!
How Sweet It Is! Added-on to GLD March 175 Call position earlier. Another interesting article: http://seekingalpha.com/article/818421-love-trade-cools-as-central-banks-gold-demand-heats-up
