I always make my own lean sausage meat, little fat and I use 50/50 low sodium-potassium but really, not much salt is needed. Pepper, Grey Poupon and heaven.
I learned to cook eggs since I became diabetic. I make scrambled or omelet with curry powder, cumin seeds, chili powder, green pepper, red pepper, mushroom, serrano pepper, boiled ham, swiss cheese & some butter or ghee for flavor. I use 3 large eggs & 2 tablespoons of egg white. It's about 400 calories with 35-40 gm of protein. It tastes pretty good but it is quite hot. It's a hybrid of a Denver Omelet and Spanish Omelet. Spanish Omelet is very good but I can't take cooked tomatoes or onions due to the sugar content.
I used to avoid eating - egg yolk because many people say it contains tons of bad cholesterol. - pork fat because food writers said it contains tons of saturated fat ... Nowadays, I mainly eat natural food (including egg yolk, pork fat, etc.) and probiotic food. and I rarely eat sugary food/drink ready-made food / ultra processed food
Success. Remove eggs from boiling water, put in ice cold water, break both ends of egg, blow and peel. A collaborative effort among the ET elite. My faith in humanity has been restored. No longer will I need to rage peel an egg.
