  1. They keep moving the goalposts, though, don't they? A couple of years ago, a study kicked eggs back into the dungeon:

    I wrote to my go-to science guy, who said that food frequency questionnaires are notoriously unreliable. That being said, he thinks it would wise to restrict eggs to 5-7 a week. I was eating 9 at the time that I wrote him late last year. After reading his email, I immediately reduced my intake to 3 a week, and am now gradually bringing it back closer to 7.

    Until the next study...

  2. You need to limit your consumption of eggs. Anything in excess can be bad and excessive consumption of eggs can lead to bad cholesterol levels. Even though I love to eat eggs, I don’t eat on a regular basis.

    Big, big difference in factory farm eggs +organic/home grown eggs.
    I also like whole grain granola. But NEVER underestimate the power of the cereal +grain kings to dis eggs .
    Even the color + taste of homegrown eggs differ much from factory farm eggs.

    Thanks for the link.
    2 or 3 obvious flaws in that ''study''
    1} Who paid for it??And why was that omitted ??
    2] Broadbrushing ''red meat'' is a big error. Looks like they ignored wild game.
    3] Its a matter of public record, doctors [@ first] recommended tobacco.
    One heart surgeon noted ''i dont know why some people that eat a lot of bacon have heart trouble + about half of them that eat bacon ,lots of fat, do not have heart trouble.{Not an ad for bacon/LOL:D:D}

    Thanks. MS is a great state. Its known to have the most overweight people in US. I do listen to MS public radio, when in range. Rednecks tend to report news better also/LOL.
    WE also have to consider the WMT warning label.......'' sorry for the high price of eggs $00.70 per 6 eggs '' + the organic egg kings make you buy 12 /LOL:D:D:D:D:D:D,:D:caution::caution:
