This is why I think you will like my work. Giving students education grants or paying for their education retrospectively will give highly skilled people money. Plus they will spend most of the money they have which makes them very liquidity efficient. This is an extremely good growth stimulation tool and can resolve many problems.
I like that!! And not only that it strengthens "infrastructure." Education is part of infrastructure!
The Kardashians have more bends, curves and brickhouses than Education <g>. A little too much curves for my tastes. Nothing means anything anymore.
There is an area I think you will like that rearranges who pays taxation to make it more efficient at stimulating economic growth.
