every thinking person agrees different degrees should be treated differently. the problem is... there is another dynamic in play... its not just the pinch but the power being wielded and why. It certainly is a complex issue to try and unravel, which is why we shouldn't be allowing the twitter and media mob to make our decisions for us. The range goes from guys just testing the waters to see how far they'll go, to deviates getting their kink on, to the power barons getting off on manipulating and scaring women into submission. We need to break out these separate activities and punish accordingly regardless of party affiliation or job title. My guess is we're just seeing the tip of the iceberg.
