And the later in the afternoon it gets, the less likely there are to be any moves worth risking capital on.

 

How do you know that this afternoon is not worth trading? I don't expect certainty but I do require ODDS

 

I don't know, but most of the time it's not.

 

I won't disregard half the US trading day and quit at noon EST.
