I'm fine with giving anyone a pass, with an important EXCEPTION:

When somebody holds themselves out publicly to be an expert in a field...or a model of behavior...and they then act or perform in direct counter to their public statements and position...they are deserving of ridicule.

This site itself is filled with many such examples. Pretenders who hold themselves out to be expert, then fail the most basic public tests.

  2. What I like about the New Testament is the opportunities for redemption. With the Old Testament, you fuck around, you are in trouble. Period. In the New Testament, you get a chance to redeem yourself.

I think that might be in part why there are more transgressions of religious precepts by Christian clerics than by Jewish clerics. Jews - especially traditional and orthodox - really feel that the eyes of God are looking down upon them, and that God can be wrathful with the sinners and the perfidious.

    a. Lets review what the leftist great society has done for the inner cities black kids.

    a. removed their dads from their lives.
    b. encouraged them to become drug dealers and gang bangers.
    c. murdered 20 million of them before they were born.

The left is total responsible for a 20 million strong genocide. they even place their "gas chambers" right near their neighborhoods and have celebrities promote the cause of the founder who enjoyed race cleaning.

    b. jesus told the man on the cross he would have everlasting life... that was pretty fortunate... what is your issue with that. The man defended Jesus and had faith. Not enough work for you?

  5. Come FT, you can't argue with Jem's kind of sensationalist nonsense. Leave him to the fringe. Without the internet, he'd be babbling on a streetcorner.

The policies of the Great Society programs were available to all people of all color. In the absence of similar rates of fatherlessness and drug dealing among low income whites, one must conclude that there are factors inherent to the black culture
that are responsible for thier high rate of familial dereliction and high rate of crime. Thus, social programs such as welfare are at best a facilitator in the worst cases, rather than a cause of social and community disintegration.

  8. You mean like in IQ?

Highly religious followers of the group are always going to be smaller than the group itself and I highly doubt a positive correlation
exists between highly religious and " familial dereliction and high rate of crime*."

Try to correlate religiosity and high crime/poverty rates, that should be quite entertaining.:D :D
