  4. Ya'll should note that Judge Napolitano is firmly against this silly idea. Of course, he is an actual conservative libertarian all the time, not just when it's politically convenient.

  9. Actually it's a horrible use of our tax dollars. Hundreds of thousands spent per person keeping scumbags alive on death row. Millions spent on "rehabilitation" programs that are a complete failure. Millions spent on what is temporary housing for the mentally ill street people, (Another gift from Ronnie Rayguns). Shall I go on?
