Another article on that $600 enhanced unemployment bonus

    What? I stated the following.

    Why should the taxpayers pay more to the unemployed than many are making by working a "McJob"? In my state of Tennessee the effective hourly pay is 21 bucks an hour if getting the sate maximum and the Fed bonus. With the fed bonus alone it is 15 bucks. How many part timers working 10 hours a week collected 600 dollars to replace a 75 dollar job?

    How confusing is this comment?

    2/3rds of the people on unemployment were collecting more than they did when they worked. The money was even available to people laid off from a part time job.

    Back in 2009 all the federal government did was extend state unemployment benefits out to 24 months with no added supplement. Why should it be different this time?

    I bet some have gone back to work and are still collecting. You have to think outside your world. Lol. That’s a compliment trust me .
