By dumping more money in, they are hoping they can clean up the situation before the election.

 

25 billion would definately be a good start!

 

And people wonder why some individuals do everything they can to evade paying income taxes......

This is analogous to buying a fixer-upper property, only to find out it has so many problems, you have to bring in a bulldozer to finish it off.
