If you have a trading problem, join the Anonymous Traders Association (ATA). I am sure there are tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands, of people addicted to trading, just like people addicted to drinking or smoking. I figure that, as there is an organization for people addicted to drinking alcohol: Anonymous Alcoholics Association, it is appropriate for people who are addicted to trading to form their own organization. Is there an Anonymous Gamblers Association? Anonymous Traders Association (ATA) can cater to the needs of traders specifically. To join ATA, you must have at least 3 of the following requirements: 1. You must trade over 5 times a day. 2. You blow up every 6 months. 3. You have lost your job as a result of compulsive trading. 4. You put the government stimulus money for your kids into your trading account. 5. You have traded at least 3 different kinds of instruments: stock, futures, currency, options, commodities...... 6. You have maxed out your credit cards. 7. Your wife has divorced you after you started trading. 8. You have nightmares when you sleep. 9. You see chart patterns in the clouds. 10. You write your trading plan on a piece of paper. 11. You think you have a trading plan, just like a casino gambler thinks he has a card plan against the casino. 12. You attend trading seminars. 13. You attend trading expositions. Anyone else can add some requirements?
