This is going to play out in predictable fashion. They will try something, they will be a minor irritation, they will get tracked down, arrested, and interrogated, they will all squeal, they will get busted, and they will do 20 years+ in Federal custody. Anonymous will turn out to be a mindless herd with a few dozen ringleaders, they will no longer be legion, they will no longer be anonymous, they will not be forgiven and fairly quickly they will be forgotten. Net result will be a sweeping expansion of government powers to control and regulate the net, possibly including an internet kill switch, internet firewall based on national borders (a la China), abolition of internet anonymity for things like posting on message boards, outlawing of anon email accounts, proxy servers made illegal etc. In other words, 'anonymous' will be the primary cause of repression 10 times worse than what they are currently complaining about - they will be the greatest tool for internet fascism since the invention of the world-wide web. Only question is whether they are genuinely so dumb that they don't realise this, or whether they were a CIA-sponsored false-flag operation from day 1.
