please read my previous post one more time. pop up does appear on one accounts and doesn't on another. on same PC. TWS check for updates it is deactivated.
IB Tech Support has sent me a reply to my trouble ticket and confirmed the problem as a "bug" they are now working on to fix.
Does this mean that if your trying to enter an order and don't subscribe to any of IB's data services there won't be a pop-up window warning you that it is dangerous immed. after transmitting the order?????? I'm using 897.9
