    Dear sambatrade,

These functions are very high on our priority list. However, at this point, we do not have a release date target that we can announce.

  6. Michael from TS, can you tell us what is the status of the API from TS. I am looking for a way to send automated orders to TS for execution as well as get real time data from TS to my application.

These are frequently requested items, and are high on our priority list for release during 2004.

  8. Michael,

Its good to se that you can cut and paste, however your standard response is meaningless. Can we get a real, more tangible answer.

Development priorities are always in flux because of marketplace demand, new innovations, and technical challenges. The requested development items are indeed high on our priority list for 2004, but it would not be appropriate for the company to announce specific dates, at this time, in order to avoid misleading customers in the event of a future change in priorities.

  10. Could you please confirm this policy:
A friend of mine says that when he closes out his positions which are usually 2x buying power one day, the following day, buying power is only 1x because Tradestation makes him wait 3 days until 2x buying power is once again available.

Could someone at TradeStation please confirm or explain the use of intraday availability of funds for buying securities is and if there might be any such impediments?

    Thank you.
