I have both Windows 98 and 2000 pro. I get the same options on both of them. No jpg option on either. Any suggestions?? I thought I remembered using paint to creat screen savers and saving them in jpb format. Maybe I am just doing something wrong? Thanks
This shows my options. Guess I can at least annotate in paint capture screen and paste to word doc just like this. If you or anyone else can explain how I get the jpg option in paint please let me know how. dbphoenix thanks so much for your help!!!!!
If you don't mind spending a little money, you can always download a program like SnagIt from download.com that will enable you to save images in a variety of formats. But as for Paint, maybe someone else has some ideas.
Under W2k pro use the imaging program instead of paint. Much more flexible and can save in any format. Print screen and paste. Start button\programs\accessories\imaging fwiw Bsulli
you can snagit, then click studio to annote, draw arrow on chart then re-snag it, much easier to use than any other screen utility http://www.techsmith.com/download/snagitfreetrial.asp
