    Hey USMCinfantry,
    Agreed, he might not be professional at all times or never, some traders there are new to the game(what's wrong with that ?) and I don't know who the assistant head trader is but he's probably not FX guru (decent traders there trade they don't have to be secretaries or assistants whatever).

    I don't know any prop fx trading firm that's hiring without trading references or trading record. Global was a good way to start at the time without having the references (I am a programmer by trade). I learn some and made some progress at GlobalFX and went on my own to trade my account. although, I am not making millions I am doing fine.


    Maybe, other trades have different options. That was mine at the time. Sometimes, to trade at Global smells like a lot of work for some one. Sometimes the environment there is not like a church. But at the end I care about PNL.

    So does Global, I am sure... and theirs comes from FXCM's kickbacks.
