  2. There are far too many ridiculous claims in this world to accept a "wait and see" attitutude on all of them. He has the power to prove his claims right now, but chooses not to.

And that's fair game, given he has promised a 3 month window on actual commercial installation.

This charade will end, one way or another, in about 90 days.

You know your creditablity is in question by your denial of his Italian patent. Italy Patents Rossi CοƖԁ Fusion. Mау 7, 2011. bу Eli. Patent іѕ οnƖу valid іn Italy. A significant tipping point nonetheless.

  5. I didn't deny anything "of his Italian patent".

All will be known in 3 months.

    Cheers.

  7. People tend to think that patents have one claim. They do not. Your number of claims in unlimited. I filed a patent related to a software interface that had over 60 claims. They probably won't all get upheld but many will.

It's likely that as Rossi has learned more, he has filed more patents with more claims.

You can guarantee that at least some of his claims will be upheld.

  8. Slippery slope with the US patent office with anything that smells or claims over unity.

  9. The patent is for a machine that converts electrical energy to heat energy. The words overunity and perceptual motion and cold fusion are never used.
