Anders Breivik is unlikely to spend the next 21 years in his luxury appatrment, or in forvaring. Most likely one of his fellow inmates seeing him in a templar knights uniform (if he's allowed to wear civvies) is going to murder him. Norway has a relaytively small population, and the inmates probably know someone (second or third removed) he has killed.
