I've had to deal with these guys myself through HP tech support. They usually give them names that sound American, like Todd and Heather. Too F%$$#*^ funny

 

...the only thing funnier, is trying to cancel your MSN. internet account!!! It took us like 5 e-mails, three phone calls and a credit card claim to finally get it done....

 

I'd laugh harder if I hadn't dealt with his twin brother a while back who works for Dell...

Dell should change its name to "Delhi" ....
