as far as getting out of your longs, you were close with your price, but they were approx. a point lower then what you posted

@ 11:17 futures were 1314.25-1310.75

@ 11:18 futures were 1312.5-1310.75

 

the reason for the fall ? some report ?

No-way. That's 16+ pts. premium to cash. The average premium during normal trading days is about 8-10 pts.

And today is NOT a normal trading day.....

its something like 50 k lost opportunity .. but im willing to do it again .. and i'll consider my exit as 2 pt below wht i posted as per nell's suggestion
