Wondering if anybody else here is following AMZA with the idea of buying? Looking at a daily chart with volume you see the volume is increasing substantially. Are there any thoughts on this issue either way? Thanks
Be careful.... "The stock of Etfis Series Trust Infracap Mlp (NYSEARCA:AMZA) registered an increase of 329.56% in short interest. AMZA’s total short interest was 784,800 shares in December as published by FINRA. Its up 329.56% from 182,700 shares, reported previously" https://bzweekly.com/etfis-series-t...mzas-stock-is-sell-after-more-market-selling/
AMZA is a leveraged bet that midstream oil and gas MLP share prices rise. AMZA is very transparent because a spread sheet of all holding is published every day after market closes at: https://www.virtus.com/products/infracap-mlp-etf#shareclass.618/period.quarterly Scroll down to the download AMZA xls file button. AMZA should have no trouble paying its very high Jan. 52 cent quarterly dividend because in spite of MLP share prices being very low, MLP distributions and option implied volatility have stayed high. If MLP share prices stay low, AMZA will not be a good investment.
