Only a crazy lefty who denies who he is a lefty...
Would look at the murder of a human being and hold it out as virtue.

You can be for abortion... the killing of the not yet born... fine.

But.. to act like its the sign of better morality..
You are a lunatic. (particularly if the mothers life is not in danger).
its a choice, its not superior morality.

Were the Romans even more moral because they practiced infanticide?
Cmon at some point... you got to get off your liberal high horse and realize
abortion is tolerated killing of humans.

  2. The COURT and the environment change more so than the law.

All judges drift and change because at the time of their nomination, POLITICIANS labelled them in a tight box that is not sustainable over a judicial career where the issues drive the make up of the Court and what they decide.

When precedent is looked at in a new light with changes in social and political environment, judges also change their views.

The best most dramatic and hyperbolic example is the court that decided Plessy v Fergunson and the court that decided Brown v. Board of Ed.

Also more and more novel social issues and con criminal procedure are hitting the court now versus Economic issues as was the case early on in the history of the Court (not many Commerce clause cases now compared to 14th Amendment cases). Sometimes the judges simply let their bias cloud their judgment which you get from reading the dissents or Partial Dissents authored. They are not dealing with the case on hand but making up future possibilities of what could happen if facts were different (wha?).

  3. Except your party does not consider abortion to be murder in all cases....

So it was never about Chrsitian beliefs and morals because you cannot condemn abortion based on some moral high ground but then say it is ok in cases of rape or incest and then be fine with adultery.

This is why the GOP arguments fail at the legal level because it is based on pure hypocrisy

    I said nothing about murder.
I kept religious beliefs out of it.

I simply said the killing of humans is not a superior moral virtue.
    That is virtually axiomatic.
(there may be exceptions for when killing is justified, of course.)

Do these extreme liberals not know about contraception? If they just used some form of contraception, they would not have to abort a lot of babies? The unborn babies have no choice, they did not choose to be brought into this planet. So, why punish them for something they are a victim of circumstance, because they have irresponsible parents or would be parents? There is always the alternative of giving the baby away. Lots of childless couples would love to give that baby the chance to grow up in a loving home. Probably, better than their actual birth mothers? If I do become filthy rich (a dream, of course), I think I would like to adopt a lot of babies if I can convince the mother to give the baby up for adoption with a huge cash inducement, rather than killing the baby thru abortion. It would be worthy every penny. I would, treat those babies as my own children.

  6. If Trump wins I hope he considers packing the court.

I am pretty sure there will be lots of bipartisan support for packing the court because I hear democrats talking about it 24/7.

    I could be wrong.
