You are giving the impression that AMP Global is some badass.
you might be discrediting AMP Global unknowingly.

AMP Global definitely wants to attract more customers.
Obviously your application is rejected for some valid reason.
You need to provide all honest vital information.
If you are unable to provide vital information due to sensitivity,
then please don't post it in public.

every countries have their own rules and regulations and laws.
    It has to be followed.

    Seems simple enough.

You are still a citizen of a forbidden nation, irrespective of your refugee status. Until you are granted citizenship this will always be the case.

    These are the rules.

Just ask Elaine what happened when she didn't follow the rules at the soup shop.

Problem could be, an immigrant who the taxpayer funded, has a sense of entitlement that they're an equal as soon as they step inside a country.
Immigrants start at the bottom of the ladder and work themselves up, that is how it always should be.

Form a corporation and then open a brokerage account in the name of the corporation.

Write a letter to the President of the co. explaining your situation. Provide proof of legal residency in Canada to Amp Global. If you are just a refugee claimant you are obviously in a difficult situation but a thoughtful letter might receive a positive reply.

    Big Nope zdreg.

The law is you don't do business with citizens of specified countries.

This one is black and white.

  8. That is not exactly the case, the sanction has its specifications and designated people (mainly the top senior officials and politicians), it does not involve the whole country and the whole population. The sanctions even allow the tyranny to buy food and medicine from the USA, among other business, it also allows representatives from the opposition to the regime have diplomats stationed in Washington. I may say is not black and white.

  9. Yes, that is another option, I have not opened yet any trading account here and by Canadian laws, I am suppose to be able to do business here as any other Canadian and resident.

Does anyone know how is it to trade futures in Canada, I mean day trading the SXF, S&P/TSX 60 minis ? Any good online brokers with CDCC ?

  10. He will encounter the same issues as an owner, director, etc.

Generally, opening a corporate account involves much more scrutiny and more AML KYC hassels than opening an individual account.
